How do I start using the app?
The first step to use our service is to download our e-Obituary app from google play store or apple iOS on your mobile. b. Then please proceed with the registration to start using the service. Please keep the details of the deceased loved one handy to fill in the app.
Who is the right person to send the messages out?
The user of the app can be any person related or unrelated to the deceased loved one but must have the correct information and if it is an entity they must be authorised to send the message.
What services do you offer?
We offer the services related to Intimation, Obituary, Last Rites, Annual Rituals and Tribute & Remembrances.
Is the message a standard one?
We have provided the option for using different templates with the details provided by you. You also have the option of adding or deleting information from the standardised template.
Can I choose more than one service?
Each service has separate option. Hence user has to login separately for each service. However registered users do not need to re-register.
Is it safe to allow the app to access my contacts?
The access for the contacts is being requested only for the messages to be delivered to them via electronic media viz WhatsApp, email and SMS. The contacts are not stored by the system.
How do my friends and family get to know the messages?
The messages will be sent by WhatsApp, email and SMS so that the information is disseminated at the earliest.
What if I have an issue?

Is my money refundable?
How fast is the service?
The messages are initiated immediately on payment. However, delivery of the service is dependent on the mode of communication.
How long do I get to see the condolences?
User will be provided the link along with confirmation of the order on the mobile number and email address. This link will be active for 15 days from availing the service.
